​As a seasoned multicultural marketing expert, passionate advocate for diversity representation, and accomplished business leader, I have dedicated my career to bridging cultural divides and empowering ethnic minorities. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, I have established myself as a trusted authority in multicultural marketing.

 

Born in France to an Indian immigrant family, my global perspective was shaped early. I graduated with a degree in International Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris and earned my MBA from the University of Colorado, Denver. Fluent in four languages, I have navigated diverse markets with ease.

 

My professional journey spans marketing roles at Essilor, Raheja Group, Merrill Lynch and DISH Network, across France, Germany, India, and the U.S. However, my true impact began with founding MIKADO International, a pioneering multicultural marketing agency.

 

Under my leadership, MIKADO has achieved remarkable success, becoming a diversity-certified, women and minority-owned agency, and ranking among Inc. 5000's Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America in 2024.​​
